The nationally ranked College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Niagara University offered the world's first bachelor's degree in tourism; was the 7th hospitality and tourism program in the country to be accredited; is only one of five hospitality and tourism programs in the country to achieve college status; and offers a work abroad program in luxury hotels in Lake Como, Italy. The College offers a comprehensive range of programs in lodging management, foodservice management, tourism management, and sport management. The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management is a founding member of the Leading Hotel Schools of the World with the Hotel School The Hague and the 430 Leading Hotels of the World. The College's Center for Hospitality Training & Research offers customized training and education programs for industry.
