Newly opened January 2015. Our building is a historic preservation most famously known for being in the heart of the Jewelry district circa 1903. Originally occupied by the American Gemstone of Jewelry. Fully renovated on the interior to be a Modern Day Urban Residence Inn. We are located directly on Broadway and Maiden Lane in the heart of New York City's Financial District, this modern "timeless gem" is within walking distance from One World Trade, The 9/11 Memorial Museum, Wall Street, NYSE, Battery Park, and trendy neighborhoods such as SoHo, Greenwich Village, TriBeCa, South Street Seaport and many Fortune 500 companies. The Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island is nearby and only a few blocks and ferry ride away. The hotel is also convenient to Midtown/Times Square via subway located at the Fulton Street Center Station (one block north of the hotel on broadway) or just a quick taxi ride away. The hotel offers 243 keys: Standard Studios and New York Studio Style Apartments.
